Making Espadrilles

I’m tall and I’ve got big feet so buying shoes can be a bit of a problem.

I’ve thought about making my own shoes for a while now but have only ever dabbled in making slippers and not anything that could function in the outdoors… until now!

I’ve finally made my own pair of espadrilles!!  And I want to make more!

If I had more time I’d make a lot more…

I trialled a ‘how to make your own espadrilles’ DVD for Minerva Crafts and have to say that they were very easy to make…. really… I’m not just saying that.  There’s glue involved and hand stitching but it is easy!
